OBJECTIVE
This beauty client needed to take control of their brand and products on Amazon in Europe. The objective was to capitalize and expand the sales of their products and add new categories.
We first identified the products that were already uploaded to the platform by other retailers, and then completed the product portfolio with the most potential products to sell on Amazon.
STRATEGY
After identifying the right collection and choosing the main or hero products, and the rest of the ASINs of the range, called base, the detail pages were prototyped to be relevant in each language, Spain, Italy, France, Germany and UK, and a monthly product launch was programmed with a marketing mix of promotions to encourage first sales, sponsored ads to capitalize on searches for their products, and an always on display campaign through Amazon’s DSP to improve consideration.
