The brand we are going to comment on is framed in the Beauty and Personal Care category on Amazon. Sell ​​on Amazon under the Vendor mode and have a PanEuropean account.

OBJECTIVE

The main problem facing the brand was the lack of control it had over its products on Amazon Europe. A very common problem in the category in which retailers take control of the products and in which manufacturers find themselves with little chance of being able to take ownership of their brands again.

STRATEGY

Work began with the objective of capitalizing and expanding sales of the products already registered and defining the type of new products,  format and categories in which they will be offered.

After that, we selected the main products that were going to serve as spearheads, working and optimizing the content of the detail pages and at the same time promoting them with an ad hoc marketing strategy.
