The brand we are going to discuss is a brand that sells products under the Home and Kitchen category on Amazon. This brand sells on Amazon as a Vendor but currently just selling in Spain.
OBJECTIVE
In Spain it has very good sales and a well-established brand image. It is time to start the European expansion but they do not know the steps to be taken and they are afraid that they will not be able to reach enough sales volume, at least in the first year, to avoid losing money.
STRATEGY
Starting with a market research, a deep dive on their product catalogue and the selection of countries to start selling; we defined a customized roadmap to achieve the objective in a timely manner. We worked on the uploading and creation of product the product detail pages in the relevant languages and developed an advertising strategy combining Sponsored Ads and DSP as well as a promotional strategy addressing both the key moments and the products subject to the possibility of being promoted.
