Buying Netflix inventory through Amazon DSP is no longer news.

Buying Netflix inventory through Amazon DSP is no longer news. What’s interesting is how quickly the collaboration between the two is growing.
On Tuesday, part of our team attended "Amazon DSP & Netflix: Gearing Up for Q4". We have been working with Netflix inventory through Amazon DSP for some time, and what we heard at the session confirms what we are already seeing in our accounts: it is no longer just another option in the media plan; it has become a key component.
Three key takeaways: 1️⃣ A unified strategy. Activating Netflix from Amazon DSP allows you to integrate premium CTV into the same audience, frequency, and measurement ecosystem as the rest of your digital strategy. 2️⃣ Amazon audiences, brought to the living room. We can reach someone watching a series based on what they actually buy and search for. That is where television stops being just an awareness tool and starts having a real impact on the business. 3️⃣ Non-intrusive formats. Pause Ads and better frequency control allow capturing attention without overwhelming the viewer, which is especially valuable at this time of year.
Our take: many brands still view CTV as an awareness line item, measured only by reach and disconnected from sales. With this integration, that separation no longer makes much sense. In a Q4 with rising CPMs and attention increasingly hard to win, the question is no longer whether to be on CTV, but how to connect that impact to sales.
Thanks to Emanuele Andreoli, Carlos García Acosta, Sandra San Román, Andrés Revilla Gutiérrez, and Silvia Benito for sharing their insights with our team.
Are you already measuring how CTV influences your sales on Amazon, or are you still treating it as something separate?
